Fundada por Rodrigo Noll, maior especialista do Brasil em Vendas Por Indicação, a Base Viral é a criadora do Método Vendas Por Indicação. A Base Viral procura um(a) Farmer para elevar ainda mais o jogo!

Responsabilidades

  • Bater a sua meta de vendas. O foco será criar oportunidades de upsell, identificando soluções e produtos que possam agregar valor para os clientes .
  • Venda de renovação: Trabalhar em conjunto com o squad para criar planos de renovação e expansão, garantindo uma taxa de renovação saudável e aumentando o LTV.
  • Construir e manter um relacionamento próximo com a base de clientes, garantindo sua satisfação contínua e a resolução eficiente de qualquer demanda ou problema.
  • Participar ativamente da rotina de calls de otimização de performance do Programa de Indicação com todos os clientes da sua carteira;
  • Alimentar os controles internos da consultoria com os resultados gerados pelos clientes;
  • Trabalhar em colaboração com as equipes de onboarding, sucesso do cliente e suporte técnico para maximizar a retenção.

  • Expert em construir e fortalecer relacionamentos estratégicos;
  • Proativo na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria em processos e estratégias;
