Je komt terecht in een bedrijf vol creatieve, unieke en vrolijke inBrainers. We werken multidisciplinair met onderwijskundigen, digital designers, projectmanagers en software engineers. Al ruim 20 jaar maken we digitale leeroplossingen voor uiteenlopende klanten — van ministeries tot KLM en van veiligheidsregio’s tot MAERSK.

Bij inBrain maken we leerervaringen die impact hebben: inhoudelijk sterk, creatief uitgewerkt en passend bij de praktijk van de doelgroep.

Als Digital Learning Specialist (medior/senior) neem je inhoudelijk eigenaarschap: je scherp de vraag aan, zet een leerstrategie neer en vertaalt dit naar concrete ontwerpen en producten. Je werkt samen met designers, projectmanagers en software engineers én je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor de klant.

Wat je gaat doen

Je helpt organisaties met leer- en ontwikkelvragen door ze te vertalen naar slimme, passende oplossingen: e-learning, blended trajecten, leercampagnes, microlearning, performance support en soms adviestrajecten. Jij zorgt dat het didactisch klopt én dat het in de praktijk landt. Als medior draai je zelfstandig (complexe) projecten. Ben je senior? Dan verwachten we dat je ook strategische adviestrajecten leidt, complexe klantvragen tackelt en/of junioren coacht in hun ontwikkeling.

Jouw rol in de praktijk

  • Je analyseert de leerbehoefte: doelgroep, context, performance gap, randvoorwaarden en succescriteria.
  • Je ontwikkelt een leerstrategie en onderbouwt keuzes (vorm, didactiek, interactie, tone of voice).
  • Je faciliteert werksessies met inhoudsexperts en stakeholders en brengt structuur in complexe input.
  • Je maakt (of stuurt op) didactische ontwerpen en storyboards en werkt nauw samen met ons designteam.
  • Je bewaakt de didactische kwaliteit tijdens ontwikkeling (reviewrondes, testen, itereren).
  • Je adviseert klanten over implementatie en borging: wat is nodig om gedrag/kennis écht te laten veranderen?
  • Je deelt actief kennis in het team en denkt mee over aanpakken, standaarden en trends.

Functie-eisen

  • Hbo/wo werk- en denkniveau met een relevante achtergrond (onderwijskunde, opleidingskunde, L&D).
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring als onderwijskundige / learning consultant (bij voorkeur met digitale leeroplossingen).
  • Je kunt complexe inhoud vertalen naar een helder didactisch ontwerp en concrete leerinteracties.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk: je kunt keuzes uitleggen, stakeholders meenemen en feedback verwerken.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht in projecten met meerdere disciplines.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en goede beheersing van Engels.
  • Beschikbaar voor minimaal 32 uur per week.
  • ervaring met e-learning/storyboarding en/of tools zoals Articulate Rise/Storyline of vergelijkbaar
  • ervaring met blended design, leercampagnes, gedragsverandering of evaluatie/meetbaarheid
  • affiniteit met UX/visual design en samenwerken met designers
