inBrain zoekt een Full-Stack Developer die energie krijgt van het bouwen aan schaalbare, gebruiksvriendelijke en hoogwaardige digitale leeroplossingen. We zoeken iemand met een startup-mentaliteit en een echte can-do instelling. Iemand die innovatie omarmt, actief meedenkt, uitdagingen naar zich toe trekt, eigenaarschap neemt en er vol voor gaat. Een teamplayer die het beste uit zichzelf én uit het team haalt.

In deze rol werk je nauw samen met onderwijskundigen, designers, software engineers en projectmanagers. Je ontwikkelt nieuwe features voor desktop en mobiel en speelt een sleutelrol in de doorontwikkeling van ons Learning Management System (LMS). Je zorgt voor een ijzersterke front-end op basis van strakke UX-ontwerpen én levert robuuste back-end functionaliteit. Daarnaast ben je de bewaker van de dagelijkse stabiliteit van het platform: je duikt in de code, lost bugs structureel op en bouwt samen met het team aan een platform dat intuïtief, stabiel en future-proof is.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Full-stack development: Je bouwt moderne, schaalbare interfaces met HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, TypeScript en Vite op basis van herbruikbare componenten. Aan de achterkant ontwikkel en onderhoud je functionaliteit in PHP en MySQL.
  • Slim programmeren met AI: Je gebruikt VS Code en GitHub Copilot (Agent Mode) als slimme assistent, niet als blinde piloot. Je kiest bewust welk model je inzet, geeft de juiste context mee, toetst de output kritisch en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Eigenaarschap & Kwaliteit: Je zet geautomatiseerde tests (unit en E2E) op en verbetert deze met PHPUnit, Vitest en Playwright. Je bewaakt codekwaliteit door code reviews, refactoring en aandacht voor performance en toegankelijkheid (WCAG).
  • Gestructureerde bugfixing: Bij incidenten of supportvragen pak je de oorzaak aan, niet het symptoom. Je reproduceert het probleem, lost het op en voorkomt herhaling door direct regressietests toe te voegen.
  • Support & Kennisdeling: Je vertaalt technische problemen naar begrijpelijke taal voor klanten en collega's en documenteert oplossingen, zodat het hele team steeds zelfredzamer wordt.
  • Platform monitoring: Zeker rondom releases houd je de vinger aan de pols en schakel je razendsnel bij eventuele verstoringen.

Functie-eisen

  • De juiste mindset: Een startup-mentaliteit. Je bent proactief, toont eigenaarschap, deinst niet terug voor complexe uitdagingen en zet net dat stapje extra voor het beste resultaat.
  • Solide technische basis: Aantoonbare werkervaring met front-end (Vue.js, TypeScript, Vite, HTML/CSS) en back-end (PHP en MySQL).
  • AI-awareness: Je hebt ervaring met AI-ondersteund programmeren (GitHub Copilot) en weet precies waar je AI voor inzet en waar je eigen technische oordeel onmisbaar is.
  • Oog voor design & UX: Je hebt ervaring met component-based development, design systems en responsive design. Je denkt actief mee over de ultieme gebruikerservaring.
  • Kwaliteitsfocus: Je schrijft clean, onderhoudbare code en hebt ervaring met het opzetten van unit tests en E2E-tests (bijv. via Docker en Playwright).
  • Analytisch vermogen: Je bent een speurneus als het om bugs gaat, leest logs nauwkeurig en vindt snel je weg in andermans code.
  • Agile teamspeler: Je communiceert helder in korte, iteratieve sprints en hebt een servicegerichte houding richting collega's en klanten.
  • Bonuspunten: Ervaring met DevOps tooling, Docker, Ubuntu en CI/CD-pipelines is een mooie pré.
