LearningSpecialist is een zusterorganisatie van inBrain. Waar inBrain zich richt op uiteenlopende projecten op het gebied van leeroplossingen, richten wij ons op het langdurig en breed inzetten van ervaren L&D-professionals. Iets leren is één ding, maar zorgen dat je iets onthoudt is de volgende stap. Als echte ‘lifelong learners’ delen wij de passie om elke leeroplossing zo effectief mogelijk te maken. Wij zijn op zoek naar ervaren Learning & Development Specialisten die dezelfde passie delen en de ambitie hebben om verder te gaan dan ‘gewoon oké’. Als Senior L&D Specialist werk je aan strategische projecten binnen verschillende sectoren die écht impact maken.

Jij richt je volledig op het creëren van waarde voor organisaties door:

  • Adviseren en inspireren: Help klanten met toekomstgerichte leerstrategieën en laat zien hoe leren écht impact kan hebben.
  • Leiderschap in projecten: Neem het voortouw in multidisciplinaire teams en zorg voor de realisatie van complexe leeroplossingen.
  • Focus op jouw kracht: Geen randtaken, maar werk waarin jouw expertise centraal staat.

Functie-eisen

  • Je hebt een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in Onderwijskunde, L&D of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied met een opleiding of onderwijskundige grondslag.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in Learning & Development.
  • Je hebt minimaal C1 niveau in de Nederlandse taal.
  • Je bent strategisch sterk en creatief, met bewezen resultaten in complexe leertrajecten.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan opereren en pakt de leiding wanneer nodig.
  • Je bent ondernemend, gepassioneerd en altijd gericht op groei – voor jezelf én voor je klanten.
