Au sein du pôle OpTeam, nos Business Developers interviennent sur des secteurs variés : industrie, technologies, cybersécurité, services B2B, MedTech et digital.

En rejoignant OpSales, vous évoluez sur des marchés exigeants et contribuez directement à la croissance commerciale de nos clients.

🎯 Votre mission : détecter, engager, conclure

En tant que Business Developer B2B, vous développez de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et pilotez votre activité de prospection.

Votre objectif : identifier des opportunités, engager les décideurs et générer du business.

Prospection commerciale

  • identifier et qualifier des comptes à fort potentiel
  • prospecter des décideurs (DG, directions commerciales, directions métiers)
  • déployer une prospection multicanale : téléphone, LinkedIn, email

Développement commercial

  • comprendre les enjeux business des prospects
  • présenter les offres et solutions de nos clients
  • mener les rendez-vous commerciaux

Pilotage du cycle de vente

  • structurer votre pipeline commercial
  • suivre votre activité dans le CRM
  • transformer les opportunités en résultats commerciaux

👤 Votre profil

Vous avez un tempérament commercial et l’envie de performer.

Vous êtes :

  • à l’aise dans la prospection commerciale
  • convaincant(e) à l’oral et dans la relation client
  • persévérant(e) et orienté(e) résultats
  • motivé(e) par un environnement commercial exigeant

Vous aimez convaincre, négocier et développer du business.

Une première expérience en vente, prospection ou relation client est un plus, mais le tempérament commercial prime.

🌍 La maîtrise de l’anglais est un atout, notamment pour intervenir sur des projets de développement commercial à l’international.
