The posting

Vous prenez en charge le développement commercial d'un secteur à fort potentiel auprès d'une clientèle industrielle exigeante.

Vous êtes responsable de l'ensemble du cycle de vente : de la prospection jusqu'au suivi des projets et de la fidélisation des comptes.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Développer un portefeuille de nouveaux clients industriels par une prospection active et structurée.
  • Identifier les besoins techniques des clients et construire des offres adaptées à forte valeur ajoutée.
  • Négocier les conditions commerciales et assurer la conclusion des affaires.
  • Piloter votre portefeuille avec rigueur via un CRM.
  • Coordonner les projets avec les équipes techniques et opérationnelles jusqu'à leur réalisation.
  • Participer aux grands projets industriels de votre secteur.
  • Contribuer au développement commercial en partageant votre expertise avec les équipes internes.

Le poste implique une forte présence terrain (environ 60 % du temps).

Secteur : Pays de la Loire, Bretagne et Centre-Val de Loire.

Profil recherché :

Cette opportunité ne conviendra pas à un commercial généraliste.

Nous recherchons exclusivement un professionnel disposant d'une véritable culture technique et d'une expérience confirmée dans la vente B2B de solutions industrielles.

Vous justifiez impérativement de :

  • Bac +3 minimum (commerce, ingénierie technico-commerciale ou équivalent).
  • Au moins 3 années de réussite commerciale en environnement industriel.
  • Expérience indispensable dans la vente de solutions techniques, de services industriels ou de location d'équipements.
  • Maîtrise de la prospection terrain et du développement de nouveaux comptes.
  • Expérience de la négociation avec des interlocuteurs techniques et décisionnaires.
  • Utilisation quotidienne d'un CRM (Salesforce apprécié).
  • Anglais professionnel permettant d'échanger avec un groupe international.
  • Permis B obligatoire.

Les candidatures ne présentant pas une expérience significative dans un environnement industriel B2B ne seront pas étudiées.
