🎯 Votre Mission : Ouvrir et conquérir de nouveaux territoires

En tant que Business Developer International, vous pilotez le cycle de vente de A à Z avec une approche chirurgicale :

  • Ingénierie de Chasse : Identification de cibles stratégiques et définition des angles d'attaque selon les zones géographiques.
  • Prospection de Haut Niveau : Approche directe de décideurs (C-Level, Directions Achats) sur des marchés multiculturels. Vous savez briser la glace et susciter l'intérêt.
  • Négociation & Closing : Pilotage des rendez-vous et des démonstrations pour transformer les opportunités en contrats signés.
  • Pilotage Stratégique : Suivi rigoureux des KPIs et reporting direct auprès de vos clients pour ajuster la stratégie export.

👤 Votre Profil : Tempérament de Chasseur & Structure de Consultant

Nous recherchons des professionnels capables de naviguer dans des environnements diversifiés avec un esprit de conquête :

  • Culture Business : Vous comprenez les enjeux économiques globaux et adaptez votre discours à des secteurs variés (industrie, tech, services).
  • Aisance Linguistique : L’anglais est votre outil de travail quotidien. La maîtrise d'une seconde langue (Allemand, Espagnol, Italien...) est un atout majeur.
  • Résilience et Méthode : Vous alliez ténacité et rigueur de consultant. Vous avez l'obsession du résultat et le sens du détail.
