Zur Verstärkung unseres IT-Teams suchen wir einen AI Engineerin, der/die unsere KI-Infrastruktur technisch auf das nächste Level bringt.

Wieso brauchen wir dich?

Als AI Engineer*in bist du die technische Kernkraft hinter unseren KI-Lösungen. Während unsere AI & Automation Manager die Strategie und No-Code-Automations verantworten, baust du die Custom-Lösungen: AI Agents, RAG-Pipelines, API-Integrationen und Machine-Learning-Modelle. Du programmierst, testest und deployst – und machst SASSYCLASSY zum technologischen Vorreiter im Fashion E-Commerce.

Was werde ich machen?

  • Entwicklung von Custom AI Agents und autonomen Workflows (Claude Code, LangChain, CrewAI)
  • Aufbau und Optimierung von RAG-Systemen (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) für unternehmensspezifisches Wissen
  • Programmierung von API-Integrationen zwischen Shopify, ClickUp, Akeneo und AI-Services
  • Entwicklung und Fine-Tuning von Machine-Learning-Modellen für E-Commerce Use Cases (Produktempfehlungen, Demand Forecasting, Sentiment Analysis)
  • Aufbau und Wartung der lokalen KI-Infrastruktur (GPU-Server, LLM Serving, ComfyUI)
  • Entwicklung von internen Python-Tools und CLI-Anwendungen zur Prozessautomatisierung
  • Implementierung von CI/CD-Pipelines für AI-Modelle und -Services
  • Performance-Monitoring und Optimierung der AI-Systeme
  • Code-Reviews und technische Dokumentation

Was sucht ihr denn?

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Data Science, Machine Learning oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Software-Entwicklung mit Fokus auf AI/ML
  • Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in Python (Pflicht) sowie JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Erfahrung mit LLM-APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, lokale Modelle via Ollama/vLLM)
  • Kenntnisse in AI-Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace Transformers
  • Erfahrung mit Vektor-Datenbanken (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
  • Verständnis von Docker, Linux-Server-Administration und Cloud-Infrastruktur
  • Erfahrung mit Git und modernen Entwicklungs-Workflows
  • Grundkenntnisse in SQL und Datenbank-Design
  • Problemlösungskompetenz und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
