1. 质量策划：主导从立项到量产全阶段的设计质量策划，制定项目质量目标、设计质量控制计划（DQCP）与阶段放行标准，对齐 APQP 开发流程节点； 2. 制定标准：负责咖啡机整机、核心模块验收标准，搭建品类质量管控体系，将法规、需求转化为设计检查清单和可落地质量要求； 3. 设计验证：主导功能性测试，参与环境可靠性、寿命老化、食品接触安全、EMC安规等全项验证方案，输出验证报告； 4. 测试问题管理：跟进样机测试执行，管理问题点清单，深度分析测试失效数据，推动研发端整改并验证改善效果，确保问题点量产前清零； 5. 风险管控：从可制造性、可靠性、安规、外观、维修性等维度输出质量意见，推动设计缺陷早期修正。结合历史客诉将潜在隐患转化为测试项，提前规避风险； 6. 研发资料审核：审核2D/3D 图纸、BOM、规格书、软件版本等设计文件，确保技术文档的准确性、规范性与质量可追溯性； 7. 里程碑评审：负责项目评审流程，监督各模块提供评审输入资料进度，把控资料输入质量，输出关口评审结论。

1. 机械、机电一体化相关专业，3年以上家电经验（吸尘器、扫地机、咖啡机等复杂机电产品优先）； 2. 精通家电可靠性测试，理解水路/传动等设计逻辑，能通过 3D 图纸预判设计缺陷； 3. 原则性强，逻辑严密，具备从研发过程中“挑骨头”，能给出优化建议的能力优先。
