The posting

Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente Administrativo para apoiar as rotinas administrativas da assistência domiciliar, garantindo a organização dos processos, o controle de solicitações, a atualização de informações e o suporte às equipes assistenciais.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Solicitar e controlar demandas relacionadas a gases medicinais, mobiliários, equipamentos, exames, materiais, medicamentos, agenda multiprofissional e remoções eletivas, sob supervisão do enfermeiro;
  • Realizar a montagem e organização dos prontuários mensais dos pacientes em acompanhamento;
  • Controlar a dispensação de formulários, prescrições, registros de enfermagem e demais documentos assistenciais;
  • Executar o processo de prorrogações e aditivos, organizando a documentação e acompanhando as autorizações junto às operadoras;
  • Realizar registros e manter as informações atualizadas no sistema informatizado;
  • Apoiar coordenadores e gerentes nas rotinas administrativas da área;
  • Orientar pacientes, familiares e equipe multidisciplinar quanto aos processos administrativos;
  • Elaborar e atualizar controles, planilhas e relatórios administrativos;
  • Realizar o monitoramento administrativo periódico das demandas;
  • Cumprir as políticas, normas e procedimentos institucionais, contribuindo para a qualidade dos serviços prestados;
  • Participar de treinamentos e ações de desenvolvimento relacionados à área de atuação.
  • Ensino Médio completo e com comprovante;
  • Conhecimento em gestão de processos;
  • Conhecimento em informática e Pacote Office;
  • Experiência na elaboração de relatórios, planilhas e apresentações;
  • Experiência com atendimento ao público, presencial, telefônico e por aplicativos de mensagens;
  • Conhecimento em sistema IW (desejável).
