O Grupo Opalus busca uma Enfermeira Coordenadora, para liderar uma equipe de 60 colaboradores, processos e a rotina assistencial da unidade Premier Barra. Assegurando qualidade, segurança do paciente, eficiência operacional e excelência no cuidado. A atuação acontecerá em parceria com as coordenações assistenciais e a Gerência de Enfermagem.

Principais responsabilidades:

🔹 Coordenar o dimensionamento das equipes de enfermagem e a gestão das escalas; 🔹 Garantir o cumprimento de protocolos, POPs, normas assistenciais e diretrizes de segurança do paciente; 🔹 Promover o desenvolvimento técnico da equipe por meio de treinamentos, orientações e avaliações de desempenho; 🔹 Acompanhar indicadores assistenciais e conduzir planos de ação e melhoria contínua; 🔹 Monitorar custos, consumo de materiais e utilização de equipamentos relacionados à assistência; 🔹 Participar de comissões, auditorias, rounds clínicos e reuniões multidisciplinares; 🔹 Atuar na interface com órgãos fiscalizadores e apoiar o atendimento às exigências regulatórias; 🔹 Realizar a gestão de pessoas, processos e qualidade assistencial; 🔹 Conhecimento do Sistema IW.

✅ Graduação completa em Enfermagem; ✅ Registro ativo e regular no COREN-RJ; ✅ Conhecimento sobre dimensionamento de pessoal conforme as normas e diretrizes do COFEN;

✅ Experiência com indicadores, protocolos assistenciais, auditorias e órgãos fiscalizadores; ✅ Conhecimento em qualidade assistencial, segurança do paciente, gestão de pessoas e processos; ✅ Disponibilidade de horário.

Será considerado um diferencial:

✅ Pós-graduação em Gestão Hospitalar, Gestão em Saúde ou áreas correlatas; ✅ Experiência em hospital de transição, geriatria, cuidados paliativos, reabilitação ou atendimento a pacientes de alta complexidade; ✅ Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão assistencial e prontuário eletrônico.
