Rattaché(e) au Responsable administratif et financier, vous rejoignez l'entreprise dans un contexte de cession nécessitant une forte capacité d’adaptation et une aptitude à accompagner les évolutions de l’organisation. Vous avez pour mission de prendre en charge tous les achats nécessaires à l'entreprise, incluant un portefeuille d'achat large avec les matières premières, les ingrédients, les consommables et les emballages, tout en contribuant significativement à la performance et à l'atteinte des objectifs économiques, qualité et RSE de notre structure.

Responsibilities

Matières premières et ingrédients :

ØPiloter le portefeuille achats et contribuer aux objectifs économiques, qualité et RSE.

ØDéfinir la stratégie achats, le budget et assurer la veille du marché.

ØNégocier les contrats et garantir le respect des cahiers des charges.

ØSécuriser les approvisionnements et anticiper les situations de crise.

ØDévelopper les relations avec les fournisseurs et le monde agricole.

ØOptimiser les coûts et rationaliser le portefeuille fournisseurs.

ØParticiper au sourcing et au lancement de nouveaux produits.

ØÉvaluer les fournisseurs et mettre en place des plans de progrès.

ØReprésenter la fonction Achats auprès des partenaires externes.

Pack, consommables et autres :

ØRecenser les besoins internes et proposer des solutions compétitives.

ØPiloter les projets d’innovation et de rénovation des emballages.

ØQualifier, évaluer et rationaliser le portefeuille fournisseurs.

ØAssurer une veille technologique et concurrentielle.

ØNégocier les contrats et suivre leur application.

ØGarantir la conformité et la mise à jour des documents qualité.

ØSuivre la performance des fournisseurs et les plans d’amélioration.

ØÉlaborer les budgets et plans stratégiques du pôle Emballage.

ØMettre à jour les données achats dans la GPAO.

ØCoordonner la chaîne graphique.

Qualifications

üDe formation Bac+5 en Achats, Commerce ou Gestion.

üExpérience réussie dans les achats, idéalement en environnement industriel ou agroalimentaire.

üSens de la négociation, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, force de conviction

üRigueur, organisation, réactivité, excellent relationnel et esprit collaboratif.
