Job Description

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale, vous rejoignez l'entreprise dans un contexte de cession nécessitant la construction d'une organisation financière autonome et pérenne. Véritable acteur de transformation, vous contribuez à redonner au site son autonomie de gestion et à structurer les outils, processus et indicateurs nécessaires au pilotage de la performance. Vous êtes membre du Comité de Direction et manager une équipe de 3 personnes.

Responsibilities

ØPilotage Financier : Validation et certification des comptes : Garantir la fiabilité des comptes et la conformité des états financiers. Superviser les clôtures comptables et coordonner les relations avec les Commissaires aux Comptes, l’Expert-Comptable et les partenaires financiers. Assurer la production, la validation et la certification des comptes dans le respect des exigences réglementaires.

ØContrôle de gestion et performance : Piloter l’ensemble du contrôle de gestion industriel, commercial et central. Élaborer et suivre les budgets, prévisions et reportings. Analyser les résultats, les coûts et les marges afin d’identifier les leviers de performance et de piloter les plans d’actions associés.

ØBusiness Partner et accompagnement stratégique : Accompagner la Direction Générale et les managers opérationnels dans leurs prises de décision. Fournir les analyses économiques et financières nécessaires au pilotage de l’activité. Challenger les investissements, projets et orientations stratégiques afin de soutenir durablement la création de valeur.

ØPerformance industrielle : Piloter l’analyse des coûts d’achat, de production et des stocks. Fiabiliser le suivi des coûts et mesurer l’impact des variations de prix. Accompagner les équipes dans l’optimisation de la rentabilité et l’amélioration de la performance opérationnelle.

ØConstruction de la fonction Finance : Structurer et piloter l’organisation Finance dans un contexte de cession d’entreprise. Définir et déployer les processus, outils et indicateurs nécessaires à l’autonomie du site. Renforcer le contrôle interne, sécuriser les flux financiers et garantir la fiabilité des données de gestion. Accompagner la transformation de l’organisation et manager l’équipe Finance.

Qualifications

Bac +5 dans le domaine Comptabilité, Gestion ou Finance,

Expérience confirmée en comptabilité générale, de préférence dans un environnement industriel,

Rigueur, fiabilité, organisation et autonomie,

Conduite du changement, pragmatisme et orientations solutions,

Management et développement d’équipe,

Excellent relationnel et esprit collaboratif.
