Job Description

Rattaché(e) au responsable administratif et financier, vous rejoignez l'entreprise dans un contexte de cession. Vous participez activement à la reprise des activités aujourd'hui externalisées et prenez progressivement en charge la gestion comptable quotidienne de l'entreprise. Votre mission est double : assurer une comptabilité fiable et rigoureuse au quotidien tout en contribuant à la construction des nouveaux processus et modes de fonctionnement du service.

Responsibilities

ØComptabilité générale

Assurer l’enregistrement et le suivi des opérations comptables courantes, réaliser les rapprochements bancaires, le lettrage et la justification des comptes, tout en participant au suivi des immobilisations.

ØComptabilité fournisseurs et clients

Prendre en charge le traitement des factures fournisseurs et le suivi des règlements. Assurer également le suivi de la comptabilité clients à travers les encaissements, le lettrage des comptes et la gestion des créances.

ØClôtures comptables et fiscalité

Contribuer aux travaux de clôture comptable en contrôlant les comptes, en préparant les écritures de clôture, les dossiers de révision ainsi que les éléments nécessaires aux déclarations fiscales.

ØOrganisation et amélioration des processus

Participer à la mise en place et à l’amélioration des outils, des procédures et des méthodes de travail afin de renforcer l’efficacité et la fiabilité des activités comptables.

ØGestion documentaire et coordination

Assurer le classement et la conservation des pièces comptables et collaborer avec les différents services pour garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des informations financières.

Qualifications

ü De formation Bac+2 en Comptabilité, Gestion ou Finance, vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie en comptabilité, de préférence dans un environnement industriel.

ü Maîtrise de la comptabilité, des clôtures comptables, des rapprochements bancaires et du contrôle des données

ü Sens de la négociation, esprit d’analyse, rigueur, organisation, excellent relationnel, réactivité et capacité à travailler en équipe tout en étant force de proposition

ü À l'aise avec les chiffres et l'utilisation des outils informatiques, en particulier Excel
