Werde das Gesicht von Schöffel PRO im Handwerk. Du liebst den direkten Kontakt zu Menschen, bist gerne unterwegs und möchtest eine starke Marke direkt auf die Baustellen und in die Betriebe bringen? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig. Als Sales Manager (m/w/d) im Außendienst begeisterst Du Handwerker für unsere Workwear, präsentierst Produkte live vor Ort und baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen in Süddeutschland auf.

Deine Mission

  • Du bist mit unserem Schöffel PRO Show-Van im Süden Deutschlands unterwegs und bringst unsere Produkte direkt zu den Handwerkern.
  • Du besuchst Kunden (Handwerksbetriebe und Baustellen) gemeinsam mit unseren Großhandelspartnern.
  • Du führst Produktpräsentationen, Anproben und Praxistests direkt vor Ort durch.
  • Du begeisterst Handwerker für unsere Workwear und zeigst ihnen die Vorteile unserer Produkte im täglichen Einsatz.
  • Du planst und organisierst Deine Touren eigenverantwortlich (gemeinsam mit dem Großhandelspartner).
  • Du betreust unseren Show-Van als mobile Schöffel PRO Erlebniswelt.
  • Du unterstützt bei unseren Promoaktionen im Rahmen unseres Sportsponsorings (z.B. FC Augsburg), Hausmessen, Aktionstagen und Veranstaltungen im Handwerk.
  • Du baust langfristige Beziehungen zu Handwerksbetrieben auf und pflegst Dein Netzwerk.
  • Du sammelst Markt- und Kundenfeedback und bringst dieses aktiv ins Unternehmen ein.
  • Du erkennst Verkaufschancen und unterstützt unsere Handelspartner bei der Entwicklung ihrer Kunden.

Dein Handwerkszeug

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Handwerk, Bauwesen oder einem handwerksnahen Umfeld mit.
  • Du hast bereits im Vertrieb gearbeitet oder bist nicht auf den Mund gefallen, bist produktbegeistert und kannst mit Handwerkern auf Augenhöhe sprechen
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, organisiert und mit hoher Eigeninitiative.
  • Du bist gerne unterwegs und fühlst Dich auf der Straße genauso wohl wie beim Kunden.
  • Du begeisterst Dich für hochwertige Arbeitsbekleidung und technische Produktfeatures.
  • Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
  • Du bist stolz darauf, das Gesicht von Schöffel PRO beim Kunden zu sein.
