Als Lackierer mit dem Schwerpunkt Anlagenbedienung bist Du Experte im Einsatz unserer Lacksysteme und Lackroboter. Du weißt, wie man diese instand setzt, repariert und mit dem richtigen Lack versorgt.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Sicherstellung der Produktion (3-Schicht) hinsichtlich des Einsatzes serienreifer Lacksysteme sowie der Programmierung und Optimierung von Robotern
  • Wartung und Reinigung der Applikationstechnik
  • Lackversorgung einschließlich Pistolen, Pumpen, 2 K-Anlagen, Lackierrobotern und Dosieranlagen mit Farbwechslern
  • Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Anpassung und Korrektur von Programmen (Roboter, SPS etc.)
  • Prozessparameterüberwachung der Verfahrenstechnik
  • Bedarfsermittlung von Verbrauchsmaterialien
  • Durchführung produktbegleitender Dokumentation und Auslösung von Materialbestellungen
  • Testläufe im Rahmen der Einführung von neuen Produkten und Verfahren

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Berufsausbildung zum Lackierer (m/w/d), Oberflächentechniker (m/w/d) , Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion
  • Gute Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Lack- und Applikationstechnik
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • analytisches Denkvermögen, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Willen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
