Als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in unserem Vertriebsinnendienstteam im Bereich Militär/Polizei arbeitest Du eng mit unseren Händlern und Kunden zusammen, um neue Aufträge anzunehmen, weltweite Lieferungen zu koordinieren und Kundenrückfragen zu bearbeiten. Zusammen mit unserem Außendienst leistest Du einen bedeutenden Beitrag zur Umsatzrealisierung in unserem Unternehmen.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Steuerung des Auftrags- und Ausschreibungsmanagements (von Auftragserfassung bis zur erfolgreichen Auslieferung)
  • Pflege, Aktualisierung und Optimierung von Kunden-, Produkt- und Stammdaten
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Vertriebsaußendienst, Kunden, Händler und internen Abteilungen
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Vertriebskonzepten
  • Analyse und Aufbereitung relevanter Vertriebskennzahlen sowie Erstellung von Auswertungen und Berichten
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung und Realisierung unserer Vertriebsziele

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. als Kaufmann / Kauffrau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/ Industriekauffrau, Kaufmann/ Kauffrau im Einzelhandel, Kaufmann / Kauffrau im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, Sachbearbeiter oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation (auch Quereinstieg möglich)
  • Gute bis sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ziel- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denken
  • Spaß an Organisation, Planung und Koordination
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Excel, sowie weiteren MS Office Programmen
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugweise mit proALPHA
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen
