Als Regional Sales Manager (m/w/d) im Bereich Feuerwehr bist Du für den Verkauf unserer Feuerwehrprodukte in Deutschland zuständig. Du planst und koordinierst deine Vertriebsaktivitäten, berätst bereits bestehende Kunden zu unseren Produkten und akquirierst neue Kunden. Mit deinem Verkaufstalent und deinen Produktkenntnissen leistest Du einen bedeutenden Beitrag zur Umsatzrealisierung in unserem Unternehmen.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Handelspartner (m/w/d) aus den Bereichen Feuerwehr und Zivilschutz
  • Bestandskundenpflege und Neukundenakquise
  • Eigenständige Entwicklung und Verfolgung unserer Vertriebsstrategien und Verantwortung für das Erreichen der Umsatz- und Wachstumsziele
  • eigenständige Durchführung von Marktbeobachtungen und Analysen
  • Organisation von Schulungen für Handelspartner und Anwender (m/w/d) in der Feuerwehr
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Nachbearbeitung von Händlermessen, Tagungen und Events
  • Berichten an den Bereichsleiter der Business Unit Arbeitsschutz/Feuerwehr
  • Flexibles Arbeiten von zu Hause oder unterwegs

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Bachelorstudium mit kaufmännischer oder technischer Ausrichtung
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit einer nachgewiesenen Erfolgsbilanz im Vertriebsaußendienst / Sales im B2B-Business, idealerweise im Bereich der Feuerwehr
  • Herausragende Kommunikationseigenschaften, auch gute englische Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • hohe Affinität zur Feuerwehr und idealerweise auch schon Kenntnisse und Kontakte in der Feuerwehrbranche (gegebenenfalls selbst Mitglied einer Feuerwehr)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Versiert im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen wie Excel und PowerPoint
