Als Regional Sales Manager im Bereich Motorrad für die DACH-Region bist du für den Verkauf in deinem eigenen Vertriebsgebiet zuständig. Du planst und koordinierst deine Vertriebsaktivitäten, berätst bereits bestehende Kunden zu unseren Produkten und akquirierst neue Kunden. Mit deinem Verkaufstalent und deinen Kenntnissen aus der Motorradbranche leistest du einen bedeutenden Beitrag zur Umsatzrealisierung in unserem Unternehmen.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Vertrieb in der DACH Region mit Schwerpunkt auf Süddeutschland
  • Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsaktivitäten für dein Vertriebsgebiet
  • Verkauf, Besuch und Beratung von bestehenden Kunden bis hin zur Akquisition von Neukunden
  • Planung von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen in deiner Region in Abstimmung mit der Marketingabteilung und Sicherstellung der Umsetzung
  • Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Events und Messen
  • Eigenständige Organisation von Schulungen, Kundenevents und Vorordermessen sowie deren operative Umsetzung und Nachbereitung
  • Entwicklung und Konzeption zielgerichteter regionaler Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategien
  • Sehr hohe Reisebereitschaft (ca. 50–70 %) innerhalb des gesamten Vertriebsgebiets
  • Berichten an den Gebietsverkaufsleiter Deutschland

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung (Industrie, Einzelhandel, Groß- und Außenhandel etc.) oder Bachelorstudium (z.B. BWL, International Business, Ingenieurwesen, Techniker etc.)
  • Mehrjährige berufliche Tätigkeit im Vertriebsumfeld / Sales
  • Eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Kommunikations- und Präsentationsgeschick in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Begeisterter Motorradfahrer mit Kenntnissen aus der Motorradbranche
  • Wohnort im Einsatzgebiet Süddeutschland wünschenswert
