## Job Summary The HR Operations role is a senior-level position responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions within the organization. The incumbent will ensure the smooth execution of HR policies, processes, and compliance standards, contributing to the development of structured and efficient HR operations that support the company's growth and strategic objectives.

## Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of HR functions across the organization. - Handle HR policies, processes, and compliance, ensuring adherence to legal and organizational standards. - Oversee employee-related policies, including car policies, and ensure their effective implementation. - Establish structured HR processes to bring consistency, efficiency, and scalability to HR operations. - Support the setup and development of HR processes aligned with the company's expanding business needs. - Collaborate with various departments to ensure HR policies are effectively communicated and adhered to.

## Qualifications - 5-6 years of experience in HR operations or related fields. - Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and compliance standards. - Experience working in financial services, wealth management, or similar environments is preferred. - Educational qualifications such as BSc, BTech, MBA, or relevant HR certifications. - Excellent organizational and process management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in setting up HR processes for growing organizations. - Knowledge of employee benefits administration. - Familiarity with corporate car policies and related employee policies. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

## Experience Approximately 5-6 years of relevant experience in HR operations, preferably within the financial services or wealth management sectors.

## Environment The role may involve working in an office setting or a hybrid environment, depending on organizational policies. The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple HR functions in a professional, fast-paced environment.
