Seek a high-energy, driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel enterprise growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects. This role demands strong hustle, sharp research skills, and the ability to spark impactful conversations with CXO and senior stakeholders. As a frontline contributor, you will play a pivotal role in building a robust enterprise pipeline, enabling the sales team to win new logos and expand Edenred’s presence across key markets.

• Research and identify potential customers across target industries and segments

• Execute outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria (ICP, need, budget, authority, timeline)

• Identify key decision-makers and map buying personas within target accounts

• Schedule qualified meetings and hand over opportunities to Business Development / Sales Managers

• Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and pipeline in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

• Collaborate with Marketing to follow up on campaigns, events, and inbound inquiries

• Continuously improve messaging, pitch quality, and objection handling

• VIBE WITH YOU

− Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

− 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or lead generation (freshers with strong aptitude may be considered)

− Strong communication and interpersonal skills

− Comfortable with high-volume outreach and goal-driven environments

− Ability to understand business problems and position value-led conversations

− Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to build a career in enterprise sales

Preferred Skills:

− Experience in B2B SaaS, Loyalty, HR Tech, Fintech, or Enterprise Solutions

− Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms

− Strong research and account-mapping skills

− Ability to work closely with senior sales stakeholders
