As a CRM Executive, you will be joining the talented team that ensures we successfully create, deliver and report on all our high-quality email and push marketing campaigns. This is a delivery-focused role managing and optimizing CRM automations to support key brand and trading objectives. Designed for someone with a data-driven mindset and strong technical aptitude, this position combines lifecycle journey management with hands-on learning. This role will be hybrid, based in Warsaw (Poland).

The role and things you’ll be working on: CRM is a vital and well-respected part of the marketing mix at Secret Escapes.You will be joining a talented team that ensures we successfully create, deliver and report on all our high-quality email and push marketing campaigns. The CRM Executive is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing automated, multi-channel customer journeys that drive customer engagement, retention, and long-term sales. Serving as the technical and operational backbone of the lifecycle marketing function, this role translates marketing strategies into complex logical flows, scales communication workflows, and rigorously tests journey performance. The ideal candidate combines technical marketing automation expertise with analytical rigor to streamline processes, audit lifecycle performance, and maximize customer lifetime value.

Day to day you will be:

  • Analysing high-quality email marketing campaigns.
  • Building complex journeys: Design, build, and deploy multi-channel automated journeys (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging) triggered by real-time behavioural data and lifecycle events. Previous projects have included; managing the launch of automated anniversary emails, launching and running the “download the app” campaign, automating the post-booking lifecycle journey.
  • Developing Logical Flows: Implement sophisticated conditional logic, split branches, delay timers, and dynamic content scripts to deliver contextually relevant messages at scale.
  • Analysing data using pivot tables and AI agent (Snowmind).
  • Making data-driven decisions and A/B testing.
  • Building and managing dynamic audience segments, exclusion lists, and behavioural entry/exit rules to ensure target precision and prevent fatigue.

You will bring:

  • Strong attention to detail, taking ownership of accurate delivery of campaigns.
  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise competing objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, able to share your ideas and findings clearly and pull stakeholders together behind a common goal.
  • Ability to support our ‘test and learn’ approach to optimise comms effectiveness.
  • Openness to liaise with cross functional teams on promotional plans in order to convert, reactivate and retain members.
  • A curious mindset and strong willingness to learn, adapt, and integrate AI tools into your daily tasks and workflows.
  • HTML, basic coding and editing would be a bonus!

  • Someone with at least 2 years experience in CRM or marketing automation
