Serás responsable por

El profesional trabajará realizando el primer nivel de atención a clientes, teniendo reuniones diarias con áreas claves internas de nuestros clientes. El colaborador deberá administrar plataformas de seguridad tal como Firewalls, Proxy, Antispam y AntiDos como también otras plataformas de seguridad tales como EDR, NDR, y plataformas de protección de endpoints. El colaborador atenderá y registrará todas sus actividades en la plataforma de tickets de la compañia. Crear y ejecutar tareas de mantenimiento sobre las plataformas gestionadas.

Lo que requiere esta oportunidad:

Experiencia de 2 años en puestos similares Conocimientos de networking y seguridad de redes, destacando las plataformas mencionadas. Plataformas seguridad a administrar: Firewalls, AntiDDoS, WAF, XDR, PAM, CASB, entre otros. Debe poder identificar, analizar cualquier issue de seguridad que pueden ser cubiertos con las plataformas gestionadas. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral, así como excelente presentación. Ser auto-independiente en su trabajo escalando aquellos problemas de manera temprana y participar en los incidentes que pudiesen surgir de manera activa. Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos

Será un plus si además tienes:

Contar con certificaciones sobre algunas de las plataformas listadas. Idioma Inglés oral y escrito intermedio / avanzado.
