Sobre a Oportunidade

Nesta posição, você atuará alocado(a) diretamente em um de nossos grandes clientes. O principal objetivo do papel é garantir a execução e a maturidade da gestão de riscos, controles, conformidade e requisitos regulatórios da operação, incluindo o suporte ativo e estratégico a auditorias e certificações cruciais, como o PCI DSS.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Conduzir a gestão contínua de riscos de segurança e TI da operação.
  • Atuar diretamente em auditorias internas, externas e certificações (como PCI DSS), liderando a organização, coleta e apresentação de evidências.
  • Executar e validar mensalmente os controles de conformidade estabelecidos.
  • Gerir a governança de acessos baseada em funções (RBAC), apoiando o desenho e a revisão de perfis sistêmicos.
  • Realizar a avaliação de segurança de terceiros (fornecedores), conduzindo revisões anuais e questionários de risco.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Sólida experiência em gestão de riscos de segurança e TI (vivência com acompanhamento de alto volume, gerindo mais de 100 riscos ativos simultaneamente).
  • Experiência comprovada em rotinas de auditoria (interna/externa) e requisitos do PCI DSS (capacidade de lidar com alta demanda de evidências por ciclo).
  • Prática consolidada na execução de dezenas de controles mensais de conformidade.
  • Domínio de governança de acessos e modelo RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) aplicados a múltiplos sistemas e funções.
  • Vivência em processos de gestão de segurança de terceiros (avaliação e revisão de dezenas de fornecedores).

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência prévia em avaliações de conformidade voltadas para novos projetos.
  • Certificações de mercado em frameworks de GRC, como ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISA ou CRISC.
  • Experiência com o uso ou administração de ferramentas sistêmicas de GRC.
