Serás responsable por:

  • Monitorear y analizar alertas de seguridad en plataformas SIEM y EDR/XDR (QRadar, Cortex XDR, entre otras), en turnos rotativos 12x36.
  • Hacer el primer análisis de cada alerta: validarla, clasificar su severidad y priorizarla según los procedimientos del servicio.
  • Investigar indicadores (IPs, dominios, hashes, correos de phishing) para distinguir los falsos positivos de las amenazas reales.
  • Avisar a los clientes y escalar los incidentes al equipo de segundo nivel dentro de los plazos comprometidos.
  • Registrar cada caso en el sistema de tickets de forma clara y completa, y hacer traspasos de turno ordenados.
  • Proponer mejoras a los procedimientos y a las reglas de detección a partir de los casos atendidos

Lo que requiere esta oportunidad:

  • Técnico o tecnologo en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Ciberseguridad, Redes o carreras afines.
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en SOC, monitoreo de seguridad, NOC o soporte TI. También se consideran recién egresados con formación en ciberseguridad
  • Conocimientos de redes (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, correo) y de sistemas operativos Windows y Linux.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas SIEM y EDR/XDR, y de los ataques más comunes (phishing, malware, ransomware).
  • Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos 12x36, incluidos noches, fines de semana y feriados.

Será un plus si además tienes:

  • Certificación como CompTIA Security+, CySA+, Cisco CyberOps, BTL1, SAL1, HTB CDSA o Microsoft SC-200.
  • Inglés técnico intermedio, a nivel de lectura.
