Sobre a Oportunidade

Esta vaga faz parte da nossa modalidade WFX (Workforce Extension), onde você atuará alocado(a) diretamente em um de nossos grandes clientes. O principal objetivo desta posição é garantir a administração correta, segura e auditável dos acessos aos sistemas corporativos, operando com excelência e em total conformidade com as normas regulatórias de mercado e políticas internas.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Administrar de forma segura, rastreável e auditável os acessos aos sistemas corporativos do cliente.
  • Garantir a aplicação rigorosa do princípio do menor privilégio e estruturar regras de segregação de funções (SoD).
  • Assegurar a conformidade contínua com frameworks de segurança e regulamentações de mercado, como ISO 27001, PCI DSS e LGPD.
  • Atuar na gestão e no atendimento de chamados utilizando ferramentas de ITSM (Jira). Operar e manter a segurança de identidades em ambientes de TI híbridos (On-premises e Cloud).

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Sólida experiência na administração de Active Directory e Office 365.
  • Domínio de conceitos e práticas de IAM (Identity and Access Management), arquitetura Zero Trust e aplicação do princípio do menor privilégio.
  • Vivência na elaboração de Matrizes SoD (Segregation of Duties) e na execução de campanhas de revisões de acesso.
  • Experiência prévia no uso de ferramentas de ITSM (ex: Jira).
  • Conforto técnico para atuar com infraestruturas híbridas.

Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento aprofundado em Oracle SQL e PL/SQL (capacidade de criar procedures, triggers e realizar tuning de queries).
  • Noções de administração de bancos de dados Oracle 11g/12c/19c (gestão de schemas, índices, performance e rotinas básicas de backup/restore).
  • Contato técnico com schemas de bancos de dados atrelados a ferramentas de IAM/IDM (como Oracle IDM, SailPoint, Saviynt ou ERPs com modelo de identidade).
  • Vivência em integrações sistêmicas via conectores, protocolo LDAP e APIs envolvendo Active Directory e demais aplicações.
  • Certificação Oracle (OCA ou OCP).
