Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Customer Experience Employee om ons team in Dordrecht te versterken. In deze functie staat de klant centraal. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van dagelijkse contact met klanten en het begeleiden van hun bestellingen volgens vastgestelde procedures en bedrijfsdoelstellingen, met als doel deze zo efficiënt en zorgvuldig mogelijk af te handelen.

Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief te kunnen communiceren. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands maar ook Engels is geen uitdaging voor je. Daarnaast moet je over een natuurlijk probleemoplossend vermogen beschikken om problemen die zich tijdens het bestelproces kunnen voordoen snel te signaleren en op te lossen. Ruime ervaring met klantenservice is dan ook een must. De taken die je op dagelijkse basis uitvoert, zijn onder andere:

  • Samenwerking met de klanten;
  • Verwerken, controleren (en zo nodig corrigeren) van bestellingen, klachten en andere relevante verzoeken/gegevens in het systeem volgens afgesproken regels en richtlijnen;
  • Gegevens verzamelen, (douane)documentatie produceren en samenstellen volgens standaardformaat;
  • Klachten, incidenten, procedures en processen analyseren; verbetervoorstellen doen; bijdragen aan de uitvoering ervan;
  • Ongewenste situaties registreren met betrekking tot de QESH-normen, waaronder het melden van (bijna-)ongevallen, onveilige situaties/handelingen;
  • Geef tijdig feedback op vragen/problemen van klanten;
  • Leidinggevende en coachende taken bij afwezigheid en/of ter ondersteuning van de Teamleider.
