Il ruolo del Commerciale Retail nella nostra banca vuol dire maggiore attenzione alla consulenza, alla relazione con la clientela, alla ricerca di soluzioni su misura, al rapporto personale e di fiducia. Nello specifico per noi significa essere un punto di riferimento competente e affidabile sapendo comprendere e anticipare i bisogni della clientela, attraverso un’attenta consulenza sui prodotti e i servizi della banca aiutandola a realizzare aspirazioni, obiettivi e sogni.

Le tue Responsabilità

  • Svolgerai le attività di operatore / operatrice di sportello come le operazioni di cassa e la gestione delle richieste della clientela;
  • Acquisirai e fidelizzerai clienti attraverso una consulenza attenta basata sulla proposta di prodotti e servizi in linea con le sue necessità;
  • Collaborerai al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di filiale con un particolare riferimento per la clientela privata;
  • Sarai il volto della Banca nella relazione con la clientela
  • Conoscerai e promuoverai i prodotti del credito (ad es. mutui, prestiti), d’investimento, assicurativi e i sistemi di pagamento (es carte di debito/credito, pos).
  • Monitorerai i feedback al lancio di nuovi prodotti/servizi e formulerai proposte per nuovi prodotti;

Il tuo Identikit

  • Sei di Milano o dimiciliato e sei disponibile a spostarti nelle province vicine se necessario;
  • stai per conseguire o hai da poco conseguito una laurea triennale o magistrale (preferibilmente in ambito economico/finanziario);
  • sei una persona intraprendente, spigliata e con una spiccata propensione a lavorare per obiettivi;
  • Mostri interesse per l’innovazione e per le tematiche legate all’AI
  • hai capacità organizzative, di ascolto e forte orientamento al cliente.
