All’interno della Nostra Direzione Commerciale si cerca una persona che ricopra il ruolo di Operatore o Operatrice di Succursale che sia intraprendente e con uno spiccato orientamento al servizio per rispondere e risolvere le esigenze dei nostri clienti e dei nostri colleghi che si occupano della consulenza finanziaria ai clienti.

Cerchiamo una persona dinamica, con forte orientamento al cliente e al lavoro in team, interessata a sviluppare un percorso professionale nel mondo del private banking.

Le tue Responsabilità

  • gestire le esigenze della clientela, sia interna che esterna, supportando il Capo Succursale;
  • fornire assistenza amministrativa alla rete commerciale sui servizi bancari, finanziari e assicurativi;
  • presidiare attività di sportello e back office, tra cui:accoglienza clienti apertura e gestione conti istruttoria pratiche gestione anagrafiche e contratti inserimento ordini in strumenti finanziari attività di cassa
  • contribuire a garantire un servizio puntuale ed efficace alla clientela e ai consulenti.

  • spiccate capacità relazionali e orientamento commerciale
  • precisione, organizzazione e problem solving

  • laurea (almeno triennale) in ambito economico-finanziario

Cosa offriamo

  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Credito,
  • salary range min. RAL 32.000 € – max RAL 37.000 €. Il range retributivo indicato rappresenta il perimetro di riferimento della posizione.
