The posting

A Sellpoint, especialista em recrutamento na área comercial, está a recrutar um(a) Técnico Oficial de Contas para integrar uma empresa de referência no seu sector.

Terá como principais responsabilidades:

  • Classificação e lançamento de documentos contabilísticos;
  • Organização, conferência e arquivo da documentação contabilística;
  • Reconciliações bancárias e conferência de contas correntes;
  • Apuramento de IVA e restantes impostos aplicáveis;
  • Preparação e submissão de declarações fiscais;
  • Fecho mensal e anual de contas;
  • Preparação de mapas e informação financeira para apoio à gestão;
  • Análise de balancetes e demonstrações financeiras;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas contabilísticas e da legislação fiscal em vigor.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior em Contabilidade, Gestão, Economia ou área similar;
  • Experiência profissional comprovada em funções de contabilidade;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de SNC e legislação fiscal portuguesa;
  • Experiência em obrigações fiscais e processos de fecho de contas;
  • Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Excel;
  • Experiência com software de gestão/contabilidade;
  • Elevado sentido de responsabilidade, organização e rigor;
  • Capacidade de análise e atenção ao detalhe;
  • Autonomia e orientação para o cumprimento de prazos;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.

Será valorizado:

  • Inscrição na Ordem dos Contabilistas Certificados (OCC);
  • Experiência profissional no setor automóvel ou em empresas com estrutura semelhante;
  • Experiência com Primavera, PHC, Sage ou outros softwares de contabilidade/gestão;
  • Residência nos Açores ou disponibilidade para relocalização para Ponta Delgada.
