A SellPoint, especializada em recrutamento na área comercial, está a recrutar um(a) Chefe de Equipa. O colaborador será responsável pela gestão, desenvolvimento e performance das equipas.

Procuramos uma pessoa com experiência em liderança, capacidade de acompanhar resultados e gosto por formar, desenvolver e motivar pessoas.

🎯 Principais responsabilidades

  • Gerir, acompanhar e motivar a equipa;
  • Definir e acompanhar objetivos individuais e de equipa;
  • Monitorizar KPIs de produtividade, qualidade, conversão e assiduidade;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e implementar planos de ação;
  • Realizar acompanhamento individual e dar feedback contínuo;
  • Ministrar formação e acompanhar a integração de novos colaboradores;
  • Desenvolver competências e promover a evolução da equipa;
  • Elaborar reports de desempenho e apresentar resultados;
  • Garantir o cumprimento de procedimentos e padrões de qualidade.

  • Experiência no acompanhamento de KPIs e objetivos;
  • Capacidade de formar, desenvolver e dar feedback às equipas;
  • Forte capacidade de liderança, comunicação e organização;
  • Perfil analítico, orientado para resultados e resolução de problemas;
  • Proatividade, autonomia e capacidade de tomada de decisão;
  • Bons conhecimentos de Excel e ferramentas de acompanhamento de performance;
  • Experiência em contexto comercial será valorizada.
