Asistent v Financah (M/Ž)

Ukvarjamo se z IT rešitvami za digitalizacijo in uspešno rastemo. Pri tem nam je obvladovanje finančnih nalog ključnega pomena. Zato iščemo sodelavko/ca, ki razume, da je podjetje zares uspešno šele, ko ima tudi denar in se posebej rad/a posveti finančnim nalogam.

Kam te vabimo?

V SETCCE delujemo na področju digitalizacije. Prepoznani smo po storitvah kot je BetrSign. Uporabnikom dvigamo kakovost življenja – odstranjujemo papirologijo, odvečne poti in rešujemo drevesa. Začeli smo prvi v Sloveniji, imamo 1.000.000 uporabnikov v 15 državah, podpisali smo več kot 100.000.000 dokumentov. Stavimo na lastne rešitve in odlično uporabniško izkušnjo. Potrebujemo te, da nam s svojo učinkovitostjo, natančnostjo in smislom za urejanje pomagaš obvladovati finančne procese.

Ključne odgovornosti:

  • sodelovanje pri vseh finančnih procesih v podjetju, od vhodnih, izhodnih faktur, plačil, kontrole davkov, knjiženje poslovnih dogodkov, načrtovanja denarnih tokov in projekcij poslovanja::
  • proces vhodnih faktur: zajem, kontrola, potrjevanje, upravljanje zavrnitev, vnos v računovodski sistem z ustreznimi delilniki, priprava plačilnih nalogov, arhiviranje.
  • proces izhodnih faktur: izdaja mesečnih in letnih računov, kontrola in zagotavljanje, da vse obračunamo prav.
  • priprava podatkov za obračun davkov (DDV in pripadajoče davčne evidence)
  • priprava podatkov za obračun plač in povezane redne procese (npr. vnos potnih nalogov, povračil stroškov ipd.).
  • kontrola pravilnosti knjižb v sodelovanju z računovodskim servisom.
  • načrtovanje denarnega toka, izterjave in skrb za likvidnost. Izvajanje plačil, nadzor porabe na plačilnih karticah in povezovanje s prejetimi fakturami. Skrb za AAA+ finančno boniteto našega poslovanja

Pri tem tesno sodeluješ z vodjo financ in zunanjim računovodskim servisom. Zagotavljamo mentorstvo, izobraževanje in spodbujamo rast.

Želimo si, da:

  • te veseli poskrbeti, da so naše poslovne številke v vseh pogledih prave,
  • znaš delati hitro in natančno,
  • poskrbiš za red,
  • dobro poslušaš in preveriš, ali prav razumeš,
  • si potrpežljiv/a in temeljito preučiš, kakšne so zahteve,
  • učinkovito razporediš svoje naloge,
  • prakticiraš zaupnost in diskretnost,
  • brez zadržkov pokličeš kogarkoli in rešiš zadevo.

Pričakujemo tudi:

  • osnovno poznavanje računovodstva in financ,
  • tekoče delo s pisarniškimi orodji (Word, Outlook),
  • poznavanje vsaj enega ERP sistema, prednost imajo osebe z izkušnjami s Pantheonom,
  • dobro znanje Excela (uporabo formul kot so V-lookups, sumif ipd. ter uporabo Pivot tabel),
  • VI. stopnja ekonomske izobrazbe ali podobne smeri,
  • aktivno (pisno in govorno) znanje slovenskega in angleškega jezika,
