Kaj bo tvoja vloga?

  • Raziskovanje trgov in iskanje novih priložnosti za širitev tako doma kot v tujini.
  • Aktivno iskanje in povezovanje s potencialnimi partnerji, ki lahko ponujajo naše rešitve.
  • Načrtovanje aktivnosti in vodenje partnerskega prodajnega procesa od prvega stika do sklenjenega posla.
  • Predstavitev naših rešitev na enostaven, jasen in prepričljiv način.
  • Priprava ponudb in pogodb, sodelovanje v pogajanjih ter zaključevanje poslov.
  • Gradnja močnih odnosov z obstoječimi partnerji in njihovimi strankami.
  • Sodelovanje z ostalimi člani prodajne ekipe in podpora pri uporabi prodajnih orodij.
  • Spoznavanje trga in uporabnikov ter deljenje povratnih informacij z razvojnimi ekipami.
  • Udeležba na dogodkih in konferencah, kjer iščemo nove priložnosti in sledimo trendom.

Če se prepoznaš v spodnji vrsticah, potem komaj čakamo, da te spoznamo.

  • Imaš vsaj 3 leta izkušenj v prodaji idealno v B2B okolju, še bolje, če poznaš IT ali digitalne storitve.
  • Tekoče govoriš angleško, hrvaško in srbsko, v komunikaciji si samozavesten/-na in prepričljiv/-a.
  • Znaš graditi odnose, poslušati sogovornika in predstaviti rešitev tako, da ima smisel za oba.
  • Razumeš digitalna orodja, sodobne IT rešitve in ti tehnologija ni tuja znaš jo razložiti tudi ne-tehnični osebi.
  • Deluješ samostojno, ciljno usmerjeno in znaš peljati stvari do zaključka.
  • Si organizator/-ka, pogajalec/-ka in svetovalec/-ka v eni osebi.
  • Imaš vozniški izpit B kategorije in si pripravljen/-a tudi kam odpotovati, če je treba.
  • Bonus točke, če znaš prepoznati poslovno priložnost tam, kjer je drugi še ne vidijo.
