Opis delovnega mesta:

  • Izvajanje podpore pri seznanjanju s produkti in uporabi produktov pri potencialnih ali obstoječih kupcih:Obdelovanje vhodnih prodajnih priložnosti ter povpraševanj (telefon, e-mail, video-klic), ki se generirajo preko brezplačnega testiranja produkta (trial), spletnih obrazcev, prodajnega e-mail naslova in telefona; Seznanjanje potencialnega kupca s produktom ter podpora pri razumevanju dodane vrednosti produkta in razumevanju uporabe produkta; o Doseganje, spremljanje in poročanje o zastavljenih ciljih (KPI).
  • Pridobivanje povratnih informacij potencialnih kupcev, tržnih segmentov ali industrij in priprava predlogov za izboljšave produktne spletne strani, produktov samih, novih funkcionalnosti, cenovne politike idr. v sodelovanju z drugimi oddelki.
  • Organizacija in izvajanje pred- in poprodajnih anket o zadovoljstvu.
  • Izvajanje drugih tržno-prodajnih projektov.
  • Druge naloge po navodilu nadrejenega.

Stopnja izobrazbe:

V. ali več (gimnazijsko, srednje poklicno - tehniško izobraževanje, srednje tehniško oz. drugo strokovno izobraževanje)

Zahtevana znanja:

  • Tekoče znanje slovenskega, angleškega, srbskega in hrvaškega jezika (ustno in pisno), saj bo potencialne kupce v teh jezikih tudi nagovarjal
  • Komunikacijske sposobnosti
  • Organizacijske sposobnosti
  • Prodajne veščine
  • Zanimanje za nove tehnologije in tehnološke trende (iz stroke)
  • Razumevanje in uporaba digitalnih orodij in platform, ki so pomembne v sodobnem poslovnem okolju
  • Sposobnost priučitve in razumevanja specifičnih rešitev z IT področja
  • Jasno in tekoče izražanje
  • Natančnost in konciznost
  • Ciljna usmerjenost in sposobnost doseganja ciljev v zadanih rokih in finančnih okvirih
  • Prepričljivost v pogovoru
  • Sposobnost aktivnega poslušanja
  • Osebna urejenost
  • Sposobnost timskega dela

Delovne izkušnje: zaželeno 1 leto delovnih izkušenj na primerljivem področju (ni pogoj)

Kraj izvajanja: od doma, po potrebi v pisarni (plačano uvajanje 1.-2. tedna na sedežu podjetja SETCCE, 2-3 h na dan)

Urna postavka: 8.61 EUR/h neto (10.00 EUR/h bruto)
