Stabilno rastemo in vlagamo v razvoj ekipe.

V marketingu pokrivamo blagovno znamko, digitalne kampanje, dogodke, merch, vizualne komunikacije, copywriting in sodelovanje z agencijami.

Tvoja naloga: prevzameš področje vsebinskega marketinga prvič kot samostojen fokus v ekipi. Imaš možnost postaviti standarde in sistem po najboljših praksah.

Kaj počneš?

Vsebine + marketing + socialna omrežja

  • Gradiš prisotnost blagovne znamke z vsebinami, ki jih razumejo ljudje in algoritmi.
  • Pišeš bloge, case studies, mailing vsebine in objave za družbena omrežja.
  • Ustvarjaš vsebine, ki pojasnjujejo teme, kot so e-podpis, digitalna identiteta, varnost in digitalizacija.
  • Načrtuješ objave, vodiš uredniški koledar, recikliraš uspešne vsebine in urejaš arhiv.
  • Sodeluješ pri digitalnih kampanjah z ekipo in agencijami.
  • Razmišljaš strateško: zakaj nekaj objaviti, komu je namenjeno in kakšen rezultat želimo.
  • Analiziraš in optimiziraš rezultate.

Digitalna produkcija

  • Kratki videi, foto utrinki iz dogodkov.
  • Preproste vizualne prilagoditve ali AI-vizuali.
  • Vse v skladu z našimi grafičnimi smernicami in v sodelovanju z oblikovalci.

Sodelovanje in koordinacija

  • Tesno sodeluješ s prodajo, produktno in razvojno ekipo ter marketingom.
  • Skrbiš za konsistentna sporočila za različne ciljne skupine.
  • Sodeluješ z vizualci in copywriterji pri izvedbi večjih vsebin.
  • Koordiniraš sodelovanje z brand ambasadorji.

Kaj nam je pomembno?

  • Zanima te tehnologija, e-podpisovanje in digitalno zaupanje.
  • Znaš prepoznati potrebe ciljnih skupin in dodano vrednost.
  • Razmišljaš urejeno, strateško in sistemsko.
  • Imaš izkušnje v PR-ju, komunikacijah ali vsebinskem (digitalnem) marketingu.
  • Razumeš digitalne kanale in logiko vsebinskih kampanj.
  • Znaš ujeti trenutek z besedo, fotko ali preprostim videom in objaviti.
  • Odlična slovenščina + dobra angleščina (hrvaščina = plus).
