To pomeni eno stvar: trg nas hoče — in raste hitreje kot kadarkoli. Zato širimo prodajno ekipo in iščemo osebo, ki bo poskrbela, da prodajni procesi tečejo hitro, natančno in brez trenja.

Tvoja misija

V prodaji vsi vidijo zaključene posle. Redko pa kdo vidi, kaj stoji za njimi: naročila, dokumentacija, koordinacija oddelkov, Jira ticketi, roki, podatki in analize.

Tu nastopiš ti – Sales Backoffice Ninja, kot tej vlogi rečemo pri nas.

Tvoja naloga bo, da prodajni procesi tečejo brezhibno, da je dokumentacija urejena, prodajna ekipa pa se posledično lahko osredotoči na stranke in rast poslovanja. Če uživaš, ko stvari tečejo gladko in je vse na svojem mestu, je to prava vloga zate.

Kot Sales Backoffice Ninja boš:

  • Obdeloval/-a naročila in prodajno dokumentacijo
  • Upravljal/-a Jira ORD zahtevke in spremljal/-a status naročil
  • Pripravljal/-a ponudbe, naročilnice in razpisno dokumentacijo
  • Skrbel/-a za urejenost in sledljivost prodajnih podatkov
  • Povezoval/-a prodajo, finance, administracijo in operativo
  • Pomagal/-a ekipi pri administrativnih vprašanjih
  • Spremljal/-a procese in predlagala pametne izboljšave

Koga iščemo

Si pravi/a za nas, če si:

  • Natančen/-a, dosleden/-a in zelo organiziran/-a
  • Agilen/-a in uživaš pri reševanju administrativnih izzivov
  • Ti žongliranje z več odprtimi taski ne predstavlja ovire, temveč izziv
  • Imaš 2–3 leta izkušenj v prodajni podpori ali svetovalni prodaji
  • Razumeš prodajne procese in znaš sodelovati z več oddelki hkrati
  • Uživaš v urejanju podatkov, dokumentov in procesov

  • Odlično znanje Microsoft Office 365
  • Izkušnje z Jira, Salesforce ali podobnimi sistemi
  • Imaš ideje, kako izboljšati procese in pospešiti delo ekipe
