The posting

Our client is a leading manufacturer of skin care, oral care, squash, and hair care in East Africa. The company is committed to operational excellence, ethical business practices, and robust internal controls. As part of its compliance and risk management strategy, our client is seeking experienced Field Auditors to perform field audits across departments, plants, and its network of branches, ensuring operational integrity, financial accuracy, and compliance with internal controls and external regulations. Responsibilities: Conduct field audits of production facilities, warehouses, and distribution centres Review inventory management, procurement processes, and cash handling procedures Verify physical assets and reconcile with records Identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risks, and recommendations Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations Collaborate with internal departments to ensure audit readiness Assist in fraud detection and investigation activities Ensure compliance with company policies, tax laws, and industry regulations Provide support during external audits and regulatory inspections Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field CPA (T), CIA, or equivalent certification preferred 3–5 years of experience in field auditing, preferably in manufacturing, or FMCG Strong understanding of internal control systems and risk management frameworks Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally) and audit software Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report writing
