Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for farm infrastructure, equipment, utilities, and operational assets. Drive automation, mechanization, instrumentation, and technology adoption initiatives to improve operational efficiency and asset reliability. Lead the implementation of modern irrigation control systems, monitoring technologies, and precision agriculture infrastructure. Establish risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate engineering, operational, and project-related risks. Promote a strong culture of health, safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability throughout all engineering activities. Lead, mentor, and develop engineering and project management teams to drive performance, succession planning, and continuous improvement. Prepare regular project, risk, quality, budget, and performance reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Postgraduate qualification in Engineering Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred. Professional certifications in Project Management, Engineering Management, PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma will be an added advantage. Minimum 15–20 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure, agricultural, industrial, construction, or engineering projects. Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex capital projects from planning through commissioning. Strong expertise in irrigation systems, drainage networks, utilities, infrastructure development, and agricultural engineering projects. Experience managing CAPEX budgets, project scheduling, contractor performance, and cost control programs. Knowledge of automation systems, instrumentation, mechanization technologies, and digital transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of quality assurance, quality control, engineering standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. Demonstrated experience in asset management, preventive maintenance programs, and operational reliability improvement. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
