Als Quereinsteiger im Vertrieb (m/w/d) begleiten wir dich Schritt für Schritt dabei, unser Sprachrohr zum Markt zu werden. Wir bilden dich intensiv aus, damit du Kunden von unseren Schichtplanungslösungen begeistern kannst. Werde Teil unserer Erfolgsstory auf dem Weg zur #1 im DACH-Raum:

  • Du recherchierst spannende Unternehmen und findest heraus, wer dort die Entscheidungen trifft.
  • Ob per Telefon, E-Mail oder LinkedIn – du findest den richtigen Ton, um Interesse für unsere Mission zu wecken.
  • Du nutzt Social Media nicht nur privat, sondern baust dir professionelle Kontakte in der Industrie auf.
  • Du hörst potenziellen Kunden genau zu und verstehst, wo der Schuh drückt.
  • Du vertrittst uns auf Messen und Events – authentisch und auf Augenhöhe.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast Lust, eine Karriere mit uns im Vertrieb zu starten.
  • Du kommunizierst gerne und hast kein Problem damit, offen auf Menschen zuzugehen.
  • Du bist digital affin und interessierst dich für Software und den Mehrwert, den sie bringt
  • Du kannst dich gut in die Lage deiner Gesprächspartner versetzen – egal ob Schichtplaner oder Geschäftsführer – und findest immer den richtigen Ton.
  • Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache präzise und sicher, um unsere Kunden im DACH-Raum professionell zu beraten.
