Über uns: shyftplan ist die All-in-One-Lösung zur Schichtplanung für Industriekunden. Unsere Software vereinfacht komplexe Personaleinsatzplanung, senkt Kosten und bindet Mitarbeitende aktiv mit ein. Wir arbeiten mit namhaften Industrie-Playern wie B. Braun, Siemens Energy und Haribo und haben das Ziel, Marktführer im DACH-Raum zu werden.

Was du bei uns machst:

  • Zielkunden finden: Du identifizierst Unternehmen, für die unsere Software einen echten Unterschied macht, und findest heraus, wer dort die richtigen Ansprechpartner:innen sind.
  • Potentielle Kunden ansprechen: Telefon, LinkedIn, E-Mail – du entwickelst eigene Ansprachen, statt Textbausteine abzuarbeiten, und testest, was funktioniert.
  • Erstgespräche führen: Du verstehst die Planungsprobleme deines Gegenübers und entscheidest, ob es passt.
  • Pipeline steuern: Du pflegst deine Kontakte sauber im CRM und siehst an deinen eigenen Zahlen, was dich weiterbringt.
  • An Messen und Events teilnehmen: Von der Vorbereitung der Zielkontakte über die Gespräche vor Ort bis zum Nachfassen danach.

Dein Profil

Wichtiger als dein Lebenslauf ist, dass du kommunikativ bist und dich nicht von einem "Nein" aus der Bahn werfen lässt. Konkret:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einen anderen Nachweis dafür, dass du dich schnell in Themen reinarbeitest
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
  • Genug Struktur, um 50 offene Kontakte im Blick zu behalten
  • Lust auf Industrie, Produktion und ein Produkt, dass wirklichen Mehrwert schafft
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, in der Kundenbetreuung, im Service oder in der Gastronomie sind nice to have, aber keine Pflicht
