Il ruolo

Stiamo cercando un/una Commercialista Partner con esperienza contabile e fiscale, che gestisca in autonomia un portafoglio clienti generato direttamente dalla piattaforma Sibill.

Troverai un portafoglio composto principalmente da società neo-costituite (SRL/SRLS), affiancate da partite IVA e da clienti di studi partner che necessitano di supporto. Tutta l'attività si svolge attraverso il software Sibill — che automatizza riconciliazioni e registrazioni contabili, eliminando buona parte del lavoro manuale e ripetitivo.

Cosa farai

1. Gestire l'avvio delle posizioni fiscali: apertura di partite IVA, pratiche al Comune e adempimenti amministrativi per i nuovi clienti

2. Seguire la gestione ordinaria: tenuta della contabilità, predisposizione dei dichiarativi fiscali, bilancio di esercizio per le società e consulenza fiscale ordinaria

3. Offrire consulenza fiscale continuativa: supporto diretto al cliente sulle principali questioni fiscali nel corso dell'anno

4. Essere il punto di riferimento del cliente: gestione end-to-end della relazione, dall'onboarding alla chiusura annuale

5. Lavorare attraverso la piattaforma Sibill: raccolta documentale, riconciliazioni e registrazioni contabili integrate in un unico strumento digitale

6. Confrontarti con la rete di partner: scambio regolare con il team Sibill e con gli altri commercialisti partner su casistiche e aggiornamenti normativi

Sei la persona giusta se

- Sei iscritto/a all'Albo dei Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili (sezione A o B)

- Hai almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza nella gestione contabile e fiscale di società e/o partite IVA

- Gestisci in autonomia il ciclo completo di un cliente — dall'apertura della posizione fiscale alla dichiarazione dei redditi

- Sei a tuo agio con gli strumenti digitali: l'intera attività, dalla raccolta documentale alla contabilità, passa dal software Sibill

- Hai ottime capacità comunicative e sai costruire una relazione di fiducia con i clienti nel tempo

- Sei aperto/a alla collaborazione con altri professionisti — la rete di partner Sibill lavora in modo coordinato, non in isolamento
