Il ruolo

Entrerai nel team Finance di Sibill come FP&A Analyst, riportando direttamente a Étienne, Head of Finance.

Sarai il punto di riferimento per numeri, pianificazione e reporting: il tuo lavoro alimenta le decisioni del management, del Board e dei nostri investitori. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il team Finance, con i founder e con i team di Sales, Marketing e People per trasformare dati operativi in una visione chiara di dove siamo e dove stiamo andando.

È un ruolo hands-on. Ci sono modelli da costruire, ma anche riconciliazioni da chiudere, file Excel da sistemare e dati da pulire prima di poterli usare. Ti chiediamo di amare entrambe le cose.

Il focus dei primi 12–18 mesi sarà costruire fondamenta solide: modelli, reporting e qualità del dato. È il momento ideale per chi vuole crescere in profondità nell'FP&A, in una scale-up che si muove veloce.

Cosa farai

Planning & modelli

- Costruire e mantenere il modello di business plan, budget e forecast (P&L, cash flow, headcount)

- Gestire il ciclo di budget annuale e i forecast periodici

- Supportare analisi ad hoc: pricing, unit economics, business case, scenari di investimento

Reporting

- Preparare il reporting mensile di management: actual vs budget, analisi degli scostamenti, KPI SaaS (ARR, churn, CAC, payback)

- Contribuire ai materiali per Board e investitori

- Rendere il reporting più veloce e affidabile, mese dopo mese

Bilancio & contabilità

- Leggere e riconciliare P&L, stato patrimoniale e rendiconto finanziario con la contabilità

- Supportare la chiusura mensile e annuale insieme al team Finance e ai consulenti esterni

Dati

- Estrarre e manipolare dati con SQL dalle nostre fonti (prodotto, CRM, billing, contabilità)

- Garantire la qualità e la coerenza dei dati finanziari tra i diversi sistemi

- Automatizzare ciò che oggi si fa a mano, quando ha senso farlo

Sei la persona giusta se

- Hai almeno 1–3 anni di esperienza in FP&A, controllo di gestione, audit o transaction services

- Sai leggere un bilancio e capisci come P&L, stato patrimoniale e cash flow si legano tra loro

- Sei molto forte in Excel / Google Sheets: modelli puliti, strutturati e leggibili da altri

- Usi SQL per estrarre e manipolare dati in autonomia

- Hai già costruito modelli di pianificazione e reporting periodici

- Non ti spaventa il lavoro manuale: sai che dati affidabili vengono prima di modelli sofisticati

Plus: esperienza con Metabase o altri tool BI, conoscenza delle metriche SaaS, familiarità con i principi contabili italiani (OIC).

Mindset

- Sei preciso/a: un numero sbagliato in un report al Board non è un dettaglio da trascurare

- Ti piace capire il "perché" dietro ogni scostamento

- Sai bilanciare rigore e velocità

- Ti appassiona costruire processi che funzionano, anche quando nessuno li vede
