Il ruolo

Cerchiamo un/una Commercialista Senior che diventi il punto di riferimento professionale all'interno del nostro team: una persona con esperienza solida e completa autonomia nella gestione di PMI, che sappia guidare colleghi più junior e rappresentare un interlocutore autorevole anche per i commercialisti partner con cui collaboriamo.

Non si tratta di un ruolo puramente esecutivo su singoli clienti: il Commercialista Senior sarà coinvolto trasversalmente in diversi progetti Sibill — dal supporto alla fase di avvio attività, al contributo sull'evoluzione del nostro software di contabilità, fino al confronto diretto con gli studi partner — portando la prospettiva del professionista dentro il prodotto e i processi che costruiamo.

I clienti coinvolti sono principalmente PMI e micro-imprese, sia acquisite direttamente da Sibill sia gestite da alcuni dei nostri commercialisti partner.

Cosa farai

1. Gestione di una rete di commercialisti / contabili per l’offerta di servizi di contabilità e consulenza fiscale in via diretta o in outsourcing a studi partner terzi

2. Sarai punto di riferimento per i commercialisti partner su casistiche complesse e novità normative

3. Parteciperai a progetti trasversali con vari team di Sibill (prodotto, operations, sales) portando expertise fiscale e contabile nella costruzione di strumenti e processi

4. Contribuirai a definire e migliorare gli standard di qualità del servizio offerto ai clienti

Sei la persona giusta se

- Sei iscritto/a all'Albo dei Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili (sezione A)

- Hai almeno 8 anni di esperienza come commercialista, con gestione autonoma e completa di clienti

- Possiedi eccellenti capacità comunicative e standing professionale, per interfacciarti con clienti, colleghi e commercialisti partner

- Hai solide capacità di problem solving anche su casistiche complesse

- Hai esperienza o attitudine nel coordinamento di risorse più junior

- Sei in grado di collaborare efficacemente con team diversi (prodotto, operations, commerciale)

- Sei a tuo agio con strumenti digitali: l'intera attività, dalla raccolta documentale alla contabilità, passa dal software Sibill
