Sida Advisory è alla ricerca di un/una Impiegato/a Amministrativo/a per azienda cliente del settore vitivinicolo, cooperativa agricola del territorio.

Sede di lavoro: Serra de’ Conti (AN). Lavoro in sede, preferibile residenza nei comuni limitrofi.

IL RUOLO

La risorsa selezionata entrerà nell’area amministrativa e si occuperà della gestione delle attività di back office, dal ciclo attivo e passivo fino alla tenuta dei registri di cantina e della documentazione aziendale. Lavorerà a stretto contatto con l’ufficio commerciale, la rete agenti, la cantina e i consulenti esterni.

Cerchiamo una persona precisa, autonoma e motivata a crescere nell’area amministrativa, desiderosa di costruire un percorso professionale solido all’interno di un’azienda stabile e strutturata.

Nello specifico:

  • Back office e supporto all’ufficio commerciale e agli agenti
  • Ciclo attivo e passivo: ordini, DDT, fatture, incassi, prima nota e riconciliazioni bancarie
  • Gestione amministrativa di vendite, scarichi di magazzino e inventari
  • Scheda base dei costi di prodotto, statistiche di vendita e provvigioni agenti
  • Registri telematici di cantina, documenti di accompagnamento (e-AD, MVV) e dichiarazioni di settore
  • Documentazione per certificazioni aziendali, sicurezza e gestione rifiuti
  • Rapporti con commercialista, banche, fornitori ed enti di controllo

COSA CERCHIAMO

  • Diploma a indirizzo amministrativo/contabile o titolo equivalente
  • Esperienza di almeno 3-4 anni in ruolo amministrativo
  • Buona conoscenza della contabilità di base e dei gestionali; buon uso di Excel
  • Precisione, autonomia, capacità organizzativa e attitudine al lavoro di squadra
  • Titolo preferenziale: esperienza nel settore agroalimentare o vitivinicolo e conoscenza dei registri di cantina
  • Residenza o domicilio in zone limitrofe a Serra de’ Conti

COSA OFFRIAMO

  • RAL indicativa da 20.000 a 25.000 euro, commisurata all’esperienza e alle competenze maturate
  • Disponibilità sia a part-time sia a full-time
