Sida Advisory ricerca, per Gruppo Punto Auto, un Meccanico Diagnostico Senior da inserire nel team di officina.

Il Nostro Cliente

Gruppo Punto Auto è concessionaria ufficiale Stellantis ad Ancona per i marchi Opel, Peugeot e Citroën e tratta anche i nuovi marchi Omoda e Jaecoo, oltre a usato e veicoli commerciali.

Ruolo

Il Meccanico Diagnostico è il riferimento dell’officina per la ricerca e la risoluzione dei guasti elettronici. Individua il difetto con metodo, interviene direttamente sulla vettura e supporta i colleghi nei casi più complessi. Lavora in autonomia e riporta al Capo Officina.

Responsabilità Principali

  • Diagnosi elettronica con strumenti e software di casa madre: lettura dei codici di errore, analisi dei parametri in tempo reale, test di sensori e attuatori
  • Lettura degli schemi elettrici e ricerca del guasto su impianti, cablaggi, centraline e reti di comunicazione di bordo, con multimetro e oscilloscopio
  • Programmazione, codifica e aggiornamento software delle centraline; apprendimento dei componenti sostituiti
  • Verifica del difetto segnalato, anche con prova su strada, e collaudo dopo l’intervento
  • Riparazione e manutenzione meccanica diretta delle vetture
  • Supporto tecnico agli altri meccanici e indicazioni sugli interventi da eseguire

Must-Have

  • Almeno 10 anni di esperienza come meccanico in officina automotive, con una parte significativa dedicata alla diagnosi
  • Diagnosi elettronica autonoma con software di casa madre e lettura degli schemi elettrici
  • Competenze meccaniche complete
  • Mentalità analitica, autonomia e precisione

Nice-to-have

  • Conoscenza di DiagBox o di altri software di diagnosi del gruppo Stellantis
  • Abilitazione PES/PAV (CEI 11-27) per lavori su veicoli elettrici e ibridi
  • Esperienza in concessionaria o officina autorizzata
  • Diploma tecnico a indirizzo meccanico, elettronico o meccatronico

Cosa Offriamo

  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Commercio
  • RAL 35.000 – 40.000 €, commisurata all’esperienza
  • Orario full-time dal lunedì al venerdì, sabato libero
  • Percorso per conseguire l’abilitazione su veicoli elettrici e ibridi
  • Strumentazione e software di diagnosi ufficiali Stellantis
  • Sede di lavoro: Ancona, zona Baraccola
