Assistenz der Geschäftsführung (m/w/d)

Villach Vollzeit 1 Assistenz der Geschäftsführung (m/w/d) GESTALTEN WIR GEMEINSAM DIE ZUKUNFT - DAS IST IHR BEITRAG

* Sie unterstützen und entlasten die Geschäftsführung hinsichtlich operativer Themen und sind zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung und internen Abteilungen.

* Sie koordinieren Termine und sind verantworltich für die Organisation von Konferenzen, Meetings, Präsentationen, etc.

* Sie übernehmen HR-Agenden, wie Vor- und Nachbearbeitung von Bewerbungsgesprächen bis hin zur Einstellung (Onboarding Prozess).

IHRE KOMPETENZEN STEHEN BEI UNS HOCH IM KURS

* Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche Grundausbildung mit und haben bereits Berufserfahrung (idealerweise im Assistenzbereich).

* Sie organisieren gerne und haben eine professionelle Ausdrucksweise und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.

* Hohe Leistungsfähigkeit, selbstständiges Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit sind für Sie kein Fremdwort.

* Diskretion, Loyalität sowie persönliches Engagement sind für Sie selbstverständlich.

* Sie kennen sich mit den MS-Office Anwendungen (Excel, Word, Power Point) sehr gut aus.
