1. 负责AI技术在等离子体物理与磁约束聚变装置中的应用研究与工程实现，包括模拟、控制、设计等方向； 2. 参与聚变实验数据的处理与建模，利用AI方法开展数据驱动建模与分析； 3. 参与AI+聚变相关算法的研发与系统实现，包括数据平台、模型训练与推理系统等； 4. 与聚变物理团队协作，推动AI方法在托卡马克、仿星器等聚变装置中的落地应用； 5. 跟踪AI与聚变领域的前沿进展，开展相关算法研究并推动成果工程化； 6. 参与相关科研项目、论文和技术报告的撰写。

1. 硕士及以上学历，博士优先。物理/核聚变/计算机/人工智能等相关专业背景优先； 2. 对于AI背景的候选人，要求具备扎实的机器学习/深度学习基础，熟悉常见模型与训练方法；熟练使用 Python，熟悉 PyTorch / TensorFlow / JAX 等至少一个主流框架； 3. 对于物理背景的候选人，要求对聚变方面的理论知识有较为系统的了解，并具备良好的代码能力； 4. 有聚变或AI方面（尤其是AI+聚变）的研究或项目经历优先； 5. 具备良好的研究和工程实现能力，有论文发表或相关项目经验者优先。
