CQ计划是上海创智学院面向新一轮智能化变革、以内生性创新驱动的长期基础设施建设计划，服务于科学智能、工业智能与组织智能，其中科学智能仍是当前重点方向。计划旨在系统性构建可持续运行、可扩展演化的智能基础设施与运行体系，推动科学研究、工业研发与组织运行从“以人和经验为中心的手工模式”，迈向“以模型、系统和自动化为核心的智能化模式”。在战略层面，CQ计划定位为底座性、长期性工程，其价值不在于短期论文或项目数量，而在于形成一套可复制、可推广的智能运行范式，为更大尺度的高校体系、产业体系、城市层面乃至国家层面的智能化建设提供可验证样本。

职责

  • 参与技术平台建设与持续优化，承担核心系统及模型服务的设计、开发、测试、上线与运维。
  • 根据平台建设规划，完成相关模块的功能开发、接口联调、问题修复和性能优化。
  • 与产品、科研及业务团队协同，支撑重点任务快速交付和持续迭代。
  • 参与系统稳定性建设，保障平台可用性、可靠性、安全性和扩展性。
  • 负责数据工厂、模型服务及业务支撑平台等后端系统的设计、开发和维护。
  • 负责数据接入、任务编排、权限控制、服务治理、接口设计和存储管理等核心能力建设。
  • 支撑模型训练、推理部署、服务封装和业务接入，提升平台复用性和服务效率。
  • 负责数据库设计、缓存机制、消息队列、日志链路和性能优化。
  • 参与平台 API 规范、服务治理、可观测性和安全控制体系建设。

通用要求

  • 计算机、软件工程、网络工程、人工智能等相关专业本科及以上学历。
  • 具备扎实的编程基础和良好的编码习惯，具有软件工程化思维，熟悉 Git 及团队协作开发流程。
  • 熟悉前后端分离架构，理解 RESTful API 设计规范，具备良好的代码规范意识与系统设计能力。
  • 具备较强的学习能力和问题分析能力，良好的沟通协作意识，能够独立分析并解决技术问题。
  • 熟悉 AI 辅助开发（AI Coding）范式，能够高效使用 Claude Code、Codex 等工具提升研发效率，并理解其能力边界。
  • 对 AI 技术和新兴开发模式保持持续关注，了解大语言模型应用开发模式、有 AI Agent 产品或 AI 应用开发经验者优先。
  • 熟练掌握至少一种后端开发语言（Node.js / Go 等），并具备实际项目开发经验。
  • 熟悉主流 Web 框架（如 Koa、NestJS 等），能够独立设计并构建高性能 API 服务。
  • 熟悉数据库技术（MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB 等）及缓存机制（Redis 等）。
  • 熟悉异步任务队列与消息系统（如 Celery、BullMQ、Kafka、RabbitMQ 等）。
  • 具备服务部署、性能调优、故障排查和线上问题处理能力。
  • 具备高并发系统设计与优化经验，理解常见分布式架构模式者优先。
  • 熟悉虚拟化、容器化部署技术（Docker、Kubernetes 等）者优先。
  • 有数据平台、AI 平台、模型服务、或中后台系统开发经验者优先。
