The posting

1.负责搭建并持续迭代事业部 PMO 体系，统筹大模型训练/推理项目的全生命周期管理，包括项目计划、里程碑拆解、进度台账、周例会、阶段复盘与成果归档，确保千卡级项目按节点高质量交付。 2.统筹阶段目标、重点任务、上会材料、汇报材料及经营分析，服务重大事项决策；对项目风险、资源瓶颈、技术卡点进行前置预警，推动管理层快速决策。 3.负责智算集群、模型训练平台、存储及网络等核心资源的申请、建账、调配与效能复盘；建立资源投入与模型训练产出（算力利用率、训练效率、迭代周期）的挂钩机制，推动资源使用效率最大化。 4.推动事业部制度、流程与保密规范落地，覆盖预算执行、成本核算、任务督办、考核复盘及保密合规检查；建立适配大模型保密项目特点的风险预警机制，保障事业部规范、安全、高效运行。 5.对接学院科技发展部、相关职能部门、核心科研团队及外部合作方，推动跨部门技术协同、数据流转与重点问题闭环解决；支撑大模型项目与上下游工程、算法、基础设施团队的高效协作。

1.本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、电子信息、管理或理工与管理复合背景优先。 2.5 年及以上 PMO、项目管理或复杂技术组织协同经验，有 AI 平台、大模型研发团队、创新业务单元或重大科研专项管理经验者优先。 3.具备极强的项目统筹能力，能够将复杂大模型研发任务拆解为清晰的目标、节奏和交付物，并推动算法、工程、基础设施等多角色高效协同。 4.具备较强的资源协调与问题推动能力，能够在科研、工程、职能及外部合作方之间高效沟通、快速闭环；有大型算力集群或大型 AI 训练平台资源管理经验者优先。 5.具备优秀的文字表达与材料输出能力，能够独立完成高质量汇报材料、制度方案、预算说明及阶段总结。 6.结果导向，执行力与抗压能力强，适应项目制、高节奏、动态调整的工作方式；具备保密项目合规意识，能适应保密环境下的工作与管理要求。

加分项： 1.有科研院所、国家级实验室、AI 平台、大模型创新中心或头部 AI 企业 PMO/运营负责人经验。 2.有从 0 到 1 搭建 PMO 体系、组织级项目管理机制或跨部门协同机制的经验。 3.对大模型训练工程、模型服务平台、智算中心运营或 AI Infra 有深入理解或实践经验。 4.有预算测算、成本核算、资源建账、大型项目财务管理或对外合作管理经验。
