统筹学院博士研究生培养与学位工作，推进培养与学位体制机制建设、开展支撑保障体系建设，保障各项工作有序开展，育人全流程质量把控，建设与合作高校的协同育人与学位授予沟通机制，协同学院其他部门联合开展人才培养工作。支持学生遴选工作，协助做好部门综合事务工作。 1.围绕人才培养目标建立学院特色培养模式和学位标准，建立与完善各项制度。 2.开展全流程质量监控，保障课程、培养过程、创新实践和学位授予质量。 3.统筹学生培养与学位管理系统建设，促进AI智能化系统升级。 4.建设与合作高校的协调沟通机制，促进信息互通，建立学生退出机制，保障学位授予流程高效衔接。 5.定期跟踪人才培养进展，完成分析报告，为人才培养策略调整提供支持。 6.学院部署的其他专项工作及领导交办的其他任务。

1.硕士及以上学历，7年及以上相关工作经验，具有高校教育教学管理背景优先。 2.拥有出色的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神，能够与不同部门、不同角色的人员进行良好的沟通与协作。 3.对AI领域有一定了解和洞见，对AI行业发展趋势和前景、市场动态、政府政策有深入了解和预判的能力。 4.有高校及科研机构相关部门、AI科技企业等相关工作经验的复合型人才优先。
